TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rates
All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge and daily Continental breakfast.
- High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: Chinese New Year (January 22 - 28), Easter Week (April 10 - 17), July 15 - 31 and September 01 - 15.
Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 10.
- Reservation Procedure
All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis
All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax
- Minimum Stay
Low season : 2 nights
High season : 5 nights
Peak season : 7 nights
- Check in/out time
Check-in time : after 14:00
Check-out time : before 12:00
In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 16:00.
