Located in the little village of Kaba Kaba which is surrounded by tropical greens and where life takes you back into time. This village breaths serenity. Kaba Kaba is situated in the southwest of Bali . It is close to Seseh beach and about 30 min. to Seminayk, where the well known restaurants are located. To the airport is 50 min. The house is situated on sloping land. At the end of the sloping land is a big river. Tropical forest and river are the surroundings of this house.
The house consists of several individual buildings situated on different levels on sloping land.
The first (main) level:
On the first (main) level there are staff quarters and onsite parking for 3 cars, 2 buildings of which 1 has a gym and a sauna with Turkish steam bath and all bathroom facilities. The second building is an open structure and is a outdoor living room with a small kitchen and a beautiful view at the river. On this level you will also find the 20 meter long lap pool and a big terrace for relaxing.
The second level:
2 Buildings. One contents the living room which is connected with an inside stairs going down to the main kitchen. The main kitchen has also its own access on the third level. Building number 2 on this level consists of the master bedroom with a small private living, an enormous spacious bathroom and a private balcony. The living room has river views.
The third level:
Second bedroom (for guests or children) and the kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining area which serves 6 persons. The bedroom has all private facilities. Also there is a Bale Bengong which is build on the edge of high rocks and from here you have astonishing views at the river and the forest.From this level there is a stair going down to the river.
Fourth level:
On this level you’ll find a small house which can be best described as a space to relax. On the balcony there’s an outdoor Jacuzzi. Astonishing river views from this level.
